This document contains the Terms and Conditions applicable to the provision of services by HOTEL PORTOALEGRE COVEÑAS, operated by TURISMO PORTOALEGRE S.A.S., a company legally incorporated in Colombia, with Tax ID No. 900.479.154-7, registered in the National Tourism Registry (RNT) under number 26770, with its registered office at Calle 14 # 8 - 417 - Sector Punta de Piedra, Coveñas, Sucre. The use of the services offered by the Hotel, as well as access to the website www.hotelportoalegre.com.co, implies express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To govern the contractual relationship between the Hotel and its Guests or Customers regarding the provision of accommodation, food and beverage, event planning, and recreational services, as well as the use of the website for information and reservations, in accordance with applicable Colombian regulations.
Only adults of legal age with full legal capacity may contract these services. Minors may only stay at the hotel if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, in accordance with Law 1098 of 2006. The hotel reserves the right to request identification documents to verify the legal capacity of the person making the reservation and any accompanying guests.
Reservations can be made directly at the hotel or through the website www.hotelportoalegre.com.co, by phone, email, or through authorized third-party platforms. Confirmation is subject to availability and compliance with current payment and deposit policies. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Hotel rates include applicable taxes (VAT, parafiscal charges, and others) unless otherwise specified. The Hotel may modify rates at any time, while honoring the terms of confirmed reservations. The Guest agrees to pay for services rendered in a timely manner. An electronic invoice will be issued in accordance with DIAN regulations.

The Guest agrees to use the facilities responsibly, in accordance with the house rules, check-in and check-out times, and other rules of conduct. Smoking is prohibited in guest rooms and non-designated areas (Law 1335 of 2009). The Guest will be liable for any damage caused to property, facilities, or third parties during their stay.
In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, the Hotel collects and processes personal data for registration, billing, security, promotional, and loyalty purposes. The data collected includes name, ID number, email address, phone number, payment information, and preferences. Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, update, or delete their data by contacting the Hotel through its official channels.
The website www.hotelportoalegre.com.co uses technical, analytical, and advertising cookies to improve the user experience. Visitors may configure their browser to accept, reject, or limit cookies, keeping in mind that this may affect the site’s functionality.
The hotel will be liable only for services it provides directly and to the extent that such services are attributable to it. It will not be liable for the loss of valuables not entrusted to its care, nor for any failures in digital or connectivity services caused by third parties. The hotel has civil liability insurance policies and security protocols in place.
All content on the website, including logos, trademarks, photographs, and promotional materials belonging to the Hotel, is protected by Colombian and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of this content is prohibited without the Hotel’s prior written authorization.
The following are prohibited: (i) making false or fraudulent reservations; (ii) transferring or reselling rooms to third parties; (iii) engaging in illegal or immoral acts; (iv) allowing unregistered persons to use the rooms; (v) engaging in conduct related to the sexual or commercial exploitation of minors (Law 679 of 2001).
The Guest shall hold TURISMO PORTOALEGRE S.A.S. harmless from any claims or damages caused to third parties as a result of the Guest’s conduct or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The Hotel may cancel a reservation or stay, without refund, in the event of a material breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of the hotel’s location, without prejudice to consumer protection laws.
